In order to meet its operational needs and ensure the desired level of customer service in its stores, PRAKTIKER Hellas chose the specialized functionality of OPTISHIFT for the optimal scheduling of its employees’ shifts.

Initially OPTISHIFT will predict the operational requirements per XNUMX/XNUMX hour and then propose the optimal shift schedule based on these requirements for each of the store departments, while satisfying constraints deriving from labor law, personal preferences and skills of employees, as well as any corporate practices.
