FRAPORT chose OPTISHIFT for the shift planning of its employees at the 14 regional airports in Greece, with the aim of optimizing its operational processes.

Through the specialized functionality of OPTISHIFT, FRAPORT achieves the coverage of its operational staffing requirements and adaptation to the current workload, while ensuring a fair distribution of shifts and days off by assigning specific shift patterns to its employee groups.

At the same time, by activating the system’s interfaces for information exchange with the payroll and staff leave systems, FRAPORT automates, facilitates and accelerates the flow of all relevant information to the maximum extent.

Finally, through OPTISHIFT program legitimacy checks are carried out at all stages of programming, while the company fully complies with the new procedure for declaring work programs in TOOL II through the Digital Timetable.
